UPCOMING SPECIAL DINNERS

On Wednesday, October 11th join us for an all pork feast! We've partnered up with Ben Grimes, farmer and owner of Dawnbreaker Farms (Hurdle Mills), to bring you a 5 course family-style dinner featuring one of their own forest raised pigs. All of their animals are fed their natural diet, in an environment which allows them to express their animal nature. They follow beyond organic and sustainable standards using no chemicals, antibiotics, or GMO's. Ben will be on hand to speak about his regenerative approach to farming. Parker Farm and Vineyard (Hurdle Mills) will be supplying the veggies and sides, and Yellow Dog Orchards (Hillsborough) will be supplying chestnuts. It's an all local affair!
