Local Pork Feast
Tuesday, October 10th - Sunday, October 15th
We've partnered up with Ben Grimes, farmer and owner of Dawnbreaker Farms (Hurdle Mills), to bring you a week-long pork feast featuring one of their own forest raised pigs. All of their animals are fed their natural diet, in an environment which allows them to express their animal nature. They follow beyond organic and sustainable standards using no chemicals, antibiotics, or GMO's. Parker Farm and Vineyard (Hurdle Mills) will be supplying the veggies and sides, and Yellow Dog Orchards (Hillsborough) will be supplying chestnuts. It's an all local affair!
